Places are limited and every application is read, so the fit matters more than the volume.
This is a good fit if
- You are a US contractor, remodeler, or trade business running real jobs.
- Roughly two or more jobs a month.
- You or your spouse does the books today, in a spreadsheet, a shoebox, or software you dislike.
- You want to know what each job actually made, not just what is in the bank.
- You can spare a 20-minute setup call, plus 20 minutes of feedback at day 30 and again at day 75.
Please do not apply if
- You need payroll. WIPKeep does not do payroll.
- You need your bank to feed transactions in automatically. There are no bank feeds. Every transaction is typed in.
- You bill general contractors on AIA G702 or G703 forms, or someone holds retainage on you. Neither is supported.
- More than one person needs to be in the books, or you run more than one company. WIPKeep is single user, single company today.
- You need percentage-of-completion revenue. WIPKeep recognizes a job when it closes.
If several of those are must-haves, QuickBooks is the better tool for you today and we would rather say so.
Ninety days is not a giveaway. It is a trade.
